Order Status & History

Tracking an Order
At this time tracking numbers are not available to show in the Order History. You can contact us directly to obtain the tracking number for you if you have not already received it.

You can track the status of your order online at Click on My Account and sign in to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. The status of the order is located left of the Item Name.

Order Status
Prior to sending the order to the Client or Sender for fulfillment and processing, your order needs to be authorized for payment. Your order is considered 'Pending' until authorized.

Once your credit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "Ordered."
It will be sent to the Client to be processed and packed for shipment. During the time that your order is processing, the status will remain "Ordered" until the item is shipped.

If you ordered from multiple vendors, it may state "Partially Shipped" until all items of your order have been shipped. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Once the order enters the "Shipped" status, no changes, or cancellations of your order can be made.

Once your order has been shipped, the order status will appear as "Shipped."

Order Returned - Returned or Partial Return
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your credit card account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Registration & Sign In

To register, all you need to provide is your name, e-mail address, and password. You can fill out the rest of your account information, including shipping and billing addresses, at your leisure. Once registered, you can check your order status, order history, and manage your account.

By clicking on My Account at the top of every page, you can access your account history with You can change your account information at any time, as well as check the status of your latest orders. As always, you have the option to (un)subscribe to member benefits by clicking on the appropriate subscription box within your profile.

My Wish List

To create or modify your Wish List, you will need to either sign in or register as a new user. To add items to your list, just search for the item you want and click "Add to Wish List" on the product detail page. This will automatically add your favorite item to your list. To modify your list, just sign in and click "Manage My Lists", then Wish List. You can remove items by dragging them from your Shopping Bag into the specified area. When you are ready to purchase the items, just place them in your bag.
Changing your Profile

To change your account information click on My Account located at the top of every web page and sign in.

You can change your login, password, ship-to addresses, and billing information by clicking on E-mail Address and Password within your account. We recommend that you save a new password hint with each change of password.
Requesting a Password

For security reasons, requires a password to sign in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Password Recovery" below Sign In on the My Account page. You will be asked for your login email address and answer to your hint in order to retrieve your password. Your password will be emailed to you within one hour. If you do not receive your password, contact Customer Service to reset your password.
E-mail Subscriptions

You can receive the latest news and tips and trends just by signing up in the E-mail Subscription. To remove yourself from any of the e-mail subscriptions, just uncheck the subscription box.
