Orders placed on tipsntrends.com may be shipped from separate locations. In this instance, shipping costs may vary. Orders shipped separately may incur additional fees.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If an order is shipped separately, each item should arrive within the period of time chosen at the time of purchase.
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed Tuesday or by close of business day Wednesday.
Hazardous Materials: Due to air transport regulations, certain products such as aerosols, may only be sent by ground. For these shipments, orders will be shipped a standard shipping of 5-7 business days.
Oversized Or Heavy Items: These items are only available for Standard Shipping.
At this time, tipsntrends.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes. The customer must insert a residential or commercial address to place and order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can expect to receive this email within 2 - 6 business days after placing your order, unless specified by a pre-order or special, custom order item.
Return by Mail
Here at tipsntrends.com we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, tipsntrends.com accepts returns within 14 business days from purchase date. NOTE: If any item is non-returnable it will be stated on that item's product page.
If the item is returnable, please return the unused item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Original shipping costs are not refunded with the return. Return shipping and handling fees vary according to the shipper.
All returned items must be unused and in its original condition. Please use the original packaging to ship your product. NOTE: All products must be returned to the address of the shipper(s).

If an item is returnable, we will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, minus shipping charges, if your return is received within 14 days of the PURCHASE date. Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service. We can issue a refund to the credit card used by the purchaser. If an item is non-returnable it will be stated on that item's product page.

When the shipper has received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will receive a Return Confirmation email. The email contains the amount of your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 30 business days.
Gift registry orders are shipped directly to the address that is provided by the recipient.
The recipient of the gift will receive a packing slip that indicates the items included in the order. The prices will not be included on the packing slip.
